- Yes, we need the permission to be able to effictivly block all the trigger apps in the time of crisis for you. We will never share any of your screen time or family control related data with anyone, not even the AI.

- No real names are shared. You choose what you post in the group and can keep details private.
- What happens during panic mode?
- Panic mode blocks the trigger apps you selected for 20 minutes or until you finish grounding tasks like journaling, breathing, walking, or meditation.
- Is the AI chat available all the time?
- Yes. The AI chat is available 24/7 for immediate support and grounding prompts.
- What is a relapse entry?
- It is a reflection log to capture what happened, what triggered the urge, and what you want to do differently next time.
- Can I turn off notifications?
- Yes. You can turn off daily reminders, urge support, group activity, and milestone notifications anytime in Settings.
- What data is used to personalize AI responses?
- Your onboarding answers, relapse entries, and panic mode inputs can be used to personalize AI responses.
- How do I delete my data?
- You can delete or download your data in Settings. Account deletion is immediate with no delay.
